Processing & Transit Times

Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) Cabinets & Accessories ship within 2–7 business days after order confirmation.
If any item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to discuss replacement options or delayed shipment.

Standard transit time is 2–8 business days.

Pre-assembled cabinets are made to order and ship within 7–12 business days.
Transit time remains 2–8 business days.

All delivery timeframes are estimates based on industry averages and prior experience. Tracking information is provided once the order leaves the warehouse.

We strongly recommend not scheduling installation or construction work until your order has been received and fully inspected.

Delivery Area

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations can be delivered to a mainland U.S. freight point. Final delivery must be arranged by the customer through a third-party carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges if additional delivery conditions apply, including:

  • Difficult delivery access
  • Oversized or non-standard items
  • Special handling requirements

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders of $3,900 or more, subject to the same delivery condition adjustments listed above.

Shipping Damage & Manufacturing Defects

We use professional packaging and major freight carriers to minimize damage. However, shipping damage can still occur.

Visible Damage

Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork before signing for the shipment.

  • Photograph all damage immediately upon delivery
  • Report visible damage within 7 calendar days

Concealed Damage

Concealed damage (discovered after unpacking) must be reported within 14 calendar days.

Please provide:

  • A short written description
  • Clear photos of the damaged parts

Complaint processing may take up to 3 business days. Replacement parts or cabinets ship within 1–5 business days after approval.

Claims submitted after 14 days may not qualify for free replacement. Freight carriers often refuse claims beyond this timeframe.

Missing or Lost Items

While rare, shortages can occur.

Upon delivery:

  • Count all boxes before signing
  • Note missing boxes on the delivery paperwork
  • Compare SKU labels on cartons with your bill of lading

Report missing items immediately if they are not found after unpacking.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.

After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply depending on order status and production stage.
