Refund policy

Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) Cabinets & Accessories

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Returned products must be in resellable condition. Original packaging must remain unopened.

You must contact us before returning any items to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by the manufacturer. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

If you are shipping items back yourself, tracking information is required. All return shipments must include a carrier tracking number and this number must be provided to us after shipment.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for additional warehouse handling. This fee may be up to 30% of the product cost. The final restocking fee is determined based on product weight, size, quantity, and overall return logistics.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after all returned items are received and inspected. Inspection typically takes 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Pre-assembled cabinets
• Custom or modified cabinets
• Opened or assembled items
• Decorative hardware
• Organizers
